Shipping Policy

Domestic & International Orders

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to getting your gains and stories to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.The shipping policy applies to physical products offered by SP Speech Communications, PC d/b/a Serafina Communications.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If there should be a delay, you will receive an email notification.

⚠️  Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays, or during weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping will be calculated at check out. The estimated delivery window is 5-10 business days from the day the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons and holidays. Delivery estimates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. 

3. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Each instance will be calculated at time of shipment. 

⚠️  International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, and national holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections. We recommend that international customers check with their local customs office before placing an order.

4. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following:

  • P.O. Boxes (for expedited and international orders)
  • U.S. Territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau
  • Countries under U.S. trade sanctions or export restrictions
  • Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses (standard shipping only; contact us prior to ordering)

If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our support team before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive the email.

You can also track your order by:

  • Visiting our website and logging into your account
  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Contacting our customer support team with your order number

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or a safe drop location
  • Wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark items delivered prematurely
  • Contact us at serafina@serafinaspeech.com if the package is still missing

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Lost packages confirmed by the carrier will be reshipped or refunded at our discretion.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

Delayed Shipments

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, customs holds, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to contact us if your package is significantly overdue.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at serafina@serafinaspeech.com. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been shipped.

⚠️  We are unable to redirect packages already in transit with most carriers.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our shipping policy applies to outbound shipments only. For information on returns, exchanges, and refunds, please review our separate Return Policy available on our website.

📌  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.
