1. Order ProcessingAll orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If there should be a delay, you will receive an email notification. ⚠️ Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays, or during weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day. 2. Domestic Shipping (United States)Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery TimesShipping will be calculated at check out. The estimated delivery window is 5-10 business days from the day the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons and holidays. Delivery estimates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. 3. International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Each instance will be calculated at time of shipment. ⚠️ International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, and national holidays. Customs, Duties & TaxesInternational orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections. Delayed ShipmentsShipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, customs holds, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to contact us if your package is significantly overdue. 7. Shipping Address AccuracyPlease ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at serafina@serafinaspeech.com. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been shipped. ⚠️ We are unable to redirect packages already in transit with most carriers. 8. Returns & RefundsOur shipping policy applies to outbound shipments only.
